Questions and Answers

Are the strategies risk free?

No. There is no investment strategy without risk. Freeman Fox presents its clients with graduated strategies starting with moderate risk strategies and moving to higher risk strategies that can (in the right circumstances) produce higher returns.

We always endeavour to fully explain the risks involved in the strategies to assist you in managing them. In the end, the decision as to what level of risk you are comfortable with is yours. This decision can be made with or without the assistance of our Wealth Managers.

Is there anybody Wealth Club® is not suitable for?

Yes. Wealth Club® is not suitable for very conservative or very aggressive investors; people with no, or very small, available funds to invest (either through cash, existing liquid investments, or equity); people who are in financial difficulties; people who rely solely or significantly on government benefits for their income; people who are likely to ignore our advice; or people who are seeking investing advice from multiple sources. We do not do speculative financial plans hoping you will accept them - we believe that financial planning is a collaborative process that takes time to develop. If you are expecting instant results or results that far exceed normal accepted parameters then you may like to seek out other advisers.

Am I expected to use Freeman Fox's services to implement my investing?

Mostly. The Freeman Fox's team are professionals and they take their role seriously. The only way we can effectively monitor your investments is if you make them with us. There may be valid reasons why we may suggest that you leave your investments or finance with your existing provider but in most circumstances we prefer if you use our services to invest.

How secure is Freeman Fox?

Companies in the Freeman Fox Group are full member of The Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, Licensed Real Estate Agents and members of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and Queensland.

Does Freeman Fox get commission or any other benefits through recommending investments to me?

Yes. For full details on the commission and other benefits we receive please refer to our current Financial Services Guide which can be provided to you free of charge and upon request to our Customer Service team or via this website.

What if I have a complaint?

This is rare and when it does occasionally occur our team are trained to do anything they reasonably can to fix it as soon as they are made aware of it. If our team members can not help you our Managers will. Our full complaints resolution process is detailed in our current Financial Services Guide.

Will I lose control of my investments if I join Freeman Fox's Wealth Club®?
