The Wealth Club® program was originally created by self made multi millionaire, Peter Spann, based on his own style of investing. Later the program was expanded, refined and further developed by a dedicated group of like minded professionals.
This is a significant difference - the strategies are based on practical, real world results producing investments that created his wealth long before Peter Spann started advising other people, not theory. And they have been tried and proved by literally thousands of our clients to ensure they worked.
Every investment we recommend has to pass the Peter Spann test" - in other words - would Peter Spann invest in this?" The answer, obviously, has to be a resounding yes". This thinking dominates everything we do and leads us to be VERY selective about what we recommend.
We are constantly looking for best of breed" investments for our clients because we insist upon them for ourselves. These investments have to fit as many of our criteria as possible... that they are best of breed, have established methodologies and a proven track record, aim to provide growth and/or income, lower risk, add leverage, tax effective, out perform their peers and lower effort in investing.
These investments are rare beasts and when found usually do very well. Of course our founder would be proud to invest in each and every one and usually does!

Today, the Wealth Club® program is ideally suited to progressive individuals who want to make more of their opportunities and build a strong financial foundation for their future (indeed, very conservative investors may need to seek a different adviser - ask us if you are unsure).

2. Our Methodology
There is only one arbiter of success for Freeman Fox® - the increased wealth of our clients - that is how we judge ourselves and that is how our clients judge us.
Specialist Wealth Building investments
Our investment strategy is different - it's designed to build your asset base and generate income with a minimum of risk. For example residential property generally has lower growth than shares, but it is generally accepted as lower risk in the short term. Shares have higher income and growth than property, but it is generally accepted that they present a higher risk in the short term. Neither is inherently superior as many people make out - you need to have balance.
Most wealthy people are actually quite conservative investors - they became rich by buying quality assets with good growth potential and holding onto them.
Sometimes they might have a small kitty set aside for higher risk investments. This balanced approach means that, if you choose to, you can build your assets relatively quickly (10 to 15 years), while at the same time allowing for income and set aside a small amount for trading or speculation.
This strategy is a get rich safely approach, but it still means the average person could potentially retire on a relatively handsome income" within 10 to 15 years. Some will take a bit longer, and some, who may have already built up a quality asset base, can take much less time.
