Asciano Group (AIO) Chief Executive Mark Rowsthorn said Tuesday
that he plans to take up his full entitlement under the company's entitlement offer of around 76.2 million stapled securities. To fund the purchase, Rowsthorn says he has sold 40 million existing stapled securities at a price of A$1.25 and obtained a loan to pay for the remaining amount. This is a great sign for the company as Mark Rowthorn obliviously believes in the state of the company and its future existence.
